Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including 2+ years in a project management role.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Supervise and support engineering and technical staff.
• Monitor financial aspects of projects and adjust resources to meet milestones.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Oversee preparation of engineering documents and project reports.
• Coordinate communications with clients and project engineers.
