Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional Engineering License; PE license preferred.
• Understanding of budgets and financial metrics.
• Contract negotiation skills and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and strategy development for new opportunities.
• Interact with clients and promote Black & Veatch through activities.
• Develop overall market business plan and client engagement strategies.
• Oversee project performance, budgeting, invoicing and payments; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage and mentor project teams; develop talent for project delivery.
