Job summary

Stanley Consultants invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Arizona Water Market, overseeing municipal, utility, and industrial water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while expanding client relationships, guiding market strategy, and mentoring a growing Arizona Water team, with a hybrid work model in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• PE license in Arizona or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience including at least 15 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project financial performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
