Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience in high-voltage transmission design.
- Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
- EIT certification.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Onsite work with possible travel.
Responsibilities
- Direct multiple design teams across high‑voltage transmission projects.
- Lead proposals, scope creation, and change management.
- Oversee staff performance and development.
- Ensure schedule, budget, and quality across programs.
- Drive innovation, AI, and digital design adoption.
