Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; MA a plus.
• 5–8 years of continuous professional experience in Corporate/Commercial Workplace/ Retail Banking Interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of contract documents and standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site surveys and document existing conditions.
• Coordinate technical aspects with design team and consultants; manage redlines and revisions.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailed drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; respond to RFIs; support project close-out.
