Confident Search Consultants is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for the New York City or Maitland, FL location. Responsibilities include site surveys, code reviews, and producing full construction documentation while coordinating with clients and consultants.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Architecture, 5–8 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial interiors, and expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Site survey and documentation for projects.
• General site code review (egress, fixture counts, path of travel).
• Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Technical coordination with the design team.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing and specifications.
• Coordinate with client, landlord, and consultants.
• Review and respond to RFI's and shop drawings.
