Job summary

ASSYST is seeking a Senior Technology Training Specialist to support a client project in Annapolis, MD. The role is hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) with location in Annapolis, MD.

You will develop and deliver training programs, user documentation, and instructional materials for proprietary court software and advanced off-the-shelf apps such as Microsoft Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint. You will design hands-on training, create quick reference guides, videos, and modules using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Required).
• 5+ years as a technology trainer specializing in proprietary and advanced off-the-shelf software (Preferred).
• 3+ years developing technical documentation and instructional materials (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Training Development & Delivery: Plan, design, and deliver hands-on, instructor-led training (in-person and virtual).
• Instructional Content Creation: Develop technical documentation, video tutorials, and modules using Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Vyond.
• Project Management: Manage training projects from initiation to completion across stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify challenges and implement effective training solutions.
• Reporting: Maintain communication with Contract Manager regarding plans, statuses, and updates.
