Job summary

AlxTel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technology Training Specialist to lead long-term technology training engagements in Annapolis, MD. The role covers instructor-led training, multimedia content creation, and extensive Microsoft 365 coaching for enterprise users.

You will design curricula, work with SMEs, and develop documentation and videos while delivering in-person and virtual sessions in a hybrid schedule. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• 7+ years of experience as a technology trainer or similar role.
• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training to professional users.
• Experience developing technical documentation and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training for software applications.
• Create training materials, documentation, and multimedia content.
• Develop Quick Reference Guides and user guides for enterprise software.
• Deliver in-person and remote training sessions with adult-learning methods.
• Collaborate with SMEs and manage multiple training initiatives.
