Job summary

bookerdimaio is seeking a Senior Technology Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training and supporting documentation for a variety of software applications. The role involves hands-on instruction while creating clear, engaging materials to help users adopt technology.

The position is hybrid with two days onsite in Annapolis, MD and three days remote. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of technology training experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience as a technology trainer.
• Professional experience providing technology training in support of government/public-sector clients.
• Strong technical training, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver instructor-led training for software applications.
• Develop technical documentation, Quick Reference Guides, training videos and other materials.
• Design training using adult learning principles for individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and address user challenges.
• Manage training projects, coordinating tasks, resources, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Provide training and support for Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Copilot, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
