Raymond James is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead Back Office/Middle Office IT projects in a hybrid St. Petersburg, FL setting. You will manage complex initiatives from scope through delivery, coordinating across IT and business teams to ensure value, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to SDLC/UAT processes, with a flexible schedule that blends in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience (financial services preferred)
• Experience managing Back/Middle Office IT projects
• Familiarity with money movement systems (ACH, wires) a plus
• Knowledge of SDLC and UAT/release processes
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; CS/PMO certifications welcome

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CTB/RTB projects from proposal to implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage risk, issues, and changes.
• Ensure projects meet IT standards and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.
