Job summary

100 Raymond James & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee Back Office Technology projects. You will manage complex initiatives from definition through implementation, engaging internal clients and stakeholders to ensure value, quality, and alignment with business priorities.

The role requires strong PMO discipline, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional leadership in a hybrid office in St. Petersburg, FL.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience preferred in financial services technology.
• Proficient with Waterfall, Kanban and Agile delivery methods.
• Familiar with SDLC, UAT, and release processes.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple CTB and RTB projects from proposal to implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT, business analysts, and QA/testing teams.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and internal audit.
