Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large, complex initiatives with a dispersed team. The role requires drafting the project vision, planning documents, and managing implementation to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage production of project and workstream plans to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
• Lead information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities and define deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and ensure appropriate voice for each stakeholder.
• Identify risks, issues, and constraints and implement solutions as needed.
• Elicit and verify project and department requirements and manage throughout the life cycle.
• Lead a medium- to large-sized project team and build team capability through coaching.
