You will partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting, while contributing to workflow design and documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of related experience in project coordination or management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to automation and generative AI tools is a plus.
• Financial services or change management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Project Managers in planning and executing initiatives, maintaining project plans, deliverables, timelines, and status reporting.
• Coordinate project activities and meetings, document decisions, track items, escalate delays, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project resources, workflows, and procedural documentation.
• Manage assigned low-complexity projects or defined workstreams with guidance from Project Managers.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyze project information for PMO and portfolio reporting, and prepare leadership materials.
• Identify, recommend, and help implement improvements to project coordination and reporting through technology, automation.
