Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects from planning through closure with cross-functional teams.
• Document and implement programs for major segments (legal, contracts, marketing, operations).
• Provide leadership for transition activities (Mass Account Transfer & advisor transitions).
• Serve as liaison to IT to drive initiatives and support branches.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding as SME on transition process.
• Lead roundtable discussions with FID Tech Council and Compliance.
