You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, value-driven solutions, while delivering on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Reporting to a leader within Business Solutions, this role blends program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance digital transformation and innovation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax tech, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop professionals to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
• Manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance management.
