Qualifications

• Typically requires 7–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for commercial (non-sales) roles such as marketing, market access, and operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex searches across multiple business areas.
• Experience overseeing external recruiting vendors (agencies, RPO) and driving performance.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple commercial functions from sourcing to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Advise leaders on market insights, talent availability, and competitiveness.
• Manage complex searches with tailored sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure alignment with hiring strategy and cost targets.
• Drive vendor performance, timelines, and quality of candidates.
