A leader in the life science industry is seeking an experienced HR Director to spearhead the North American function and influence global HR strategy. The role involves being a strategic business partner, managing full HR lifecycle tasks, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. Candidates should have over 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role, and preferably experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry. This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Approximately 5 years in a leadership/director role.
• Experience in healthcare/life sciences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the NA Leadership Team.
• Own and lead all NA HR functions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
