Job summary

You will manage daily activity and reconciliations for a portfolio of 60–80 deals, monitor borrowings, payments and rate setting, and coordinate renewals with agents. The role involves processing loans, deposits, letters of credit and amendments with related fees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in financial operations or accounting is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post close loan administration for large syndicated cashflow deals.
• Serve as contact for daily activity and reconciliation for ~60–80 deals.
• Monitor borrowings, payments, and rate setting; renewals with agents.
• Process loans, deposits, LC facilities, amendments, and related fees.
• Prepare funding memos and bank confirmations; manage audits.
• Administer loans per governing documents and policy.
