Job summary

eClerx is seeking a team-oriented Syndicated Loans Ops Specialist in Raleigh/Charlotte, NC for full-time entry-to-mid level operations work. The role involves loan syndication understanding, client service, and liaison across Front, Middle & Back Office.

The candidate will handle trade support, participation servicing, agency servicing, and mortgage warehouse/whole loan operations with attention to accuracy and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services operations or similar.
• Familiarity with syndicated loans, trade settlements, or cash reconciliation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions across Trade Support and related cash operations.
• Manage life cycle events for participatory loans and agency servicing.
• Perform trade closing, settlements, and cash reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Adhere to SOPs, checklists, and documentation standards.
