Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in operations and leadership in financial services.

• Strong knowledge of account reconciliations, controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliation governance across cash, clearing, suspense, and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage teams for daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation activities; ensure timeliness.
• Maintain policy adherence, risk indicators, and control effectiveness; investigate issues.
• Partner with risk, compliance, audit, and finance; prepare audit-ready documentation.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data-driven insights to reduce breaks.
