Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a senior leader in manufacturing and supply chain who will guide a team of network material planners and buyers/schedulers. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and collaborates with Sales, IBP, and other supply chain leaders to standardize practices and optimize inventory and production planning across all plants in the BU.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the network inventory strategy to minimize working capital and meet service targets.
• Lead MSM best practices and audit adherence across the network.
• Direct production planning, scheduling, and material management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IBP, Sales, Procurement) to align production with business goals.
• Oversee raw materials, WIP, and packaging inventory and related data management.
