Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Manager, Product Supply Planning for a hybrid role (3 days in office/2 days remote). You will own end-to-end global supply planning for a portfolio of products, ensuring high service levels and efficient inventory across a network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in SCM preferred
• APICS Certification preferred
• 8–10 years of supply chain experience in a regulated industry required

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic supply plans into operational supply plans
• Execute inventory strategies for global networks and align with financial goals
• Establish product supply across the global network within policy guidance
• Lead SIOP process and provide end-to-end analysis for plan approvals
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product Platform, Demand Planning and Operations
• Support risk/contingency strategies for the supply chain
• Assist with new product introductions and lifecycle management
