Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to lead HR technology initiatives focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding. You will partner with HR business partners and IT to configure, test, and optimize SuccessFactors and related SaaS tools, including vendor collaboration and reporting.

You will manage projects, develop reports, and support deployments across multiple U.S. offices in a hybrid environment, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology.
• 5+ years delivering HR/IT solutions and related project work.
• 5+ years core HR system experience (SAP HCM / SF Employee Central).
• Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years with SaaS HR solutions (SuccessFactors; SmartRecruiters, PageUp).
• 3+ years requirements gathering, solution modeling, and documentation.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0).
• Understanding SaaS recruiting solutions.
• Strong attention to detail; manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR Talent Management modules.
• Excellent project/task management; cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness for after-hours production deployments; travel within USA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business partners to understand processes and needs for support and projects.
• Collaborate with vendors, business partners and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations.
• Execute system configuration and create reports.
• Collaborate on authorization model designs with engineering teams.
• Manage and execute project activities for in-scope applications.
• Provide day-to-day support (tickets, releases, governance, enhancements).
• Navigate SAP HCM OM/PA data for Talent Management and create RICEF specs.
• Review and optimize SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other SaaS solutions.
