Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst, HR Operations Security & Applications to support and enhance HR processes and systems for all employees. The role is part of a broader HR Operations team focused on security administration of HR applications globally, ensuring data integrity and proper access control.

The analyst will serve as a point-of-contact for assigned areas, assist subject matter experts, perform security audits, and help implement new HR application features and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of HRIS related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Administer the processing of system access requests for all users of HR applications, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot system and security access issues reported by users with timely resolution.
• Conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews to ensure SOX compliance.
• Gather requirements for new security access requests and partner with IT security on new roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new or enhanced HR applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional design documents for technical teams.
• Provide training and end-user guidelines for new features.
• Participate in HR system implementation projects from requirements through go-live.
• Support process improvements and HR project deployments.
