Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors to drive HR technology initiatives within Recruiting and Onboarding.

The role collaborates with HR partners and IT teams, performs hands-on configuration and testing, and helps enable reporting, security, and enhancement development across multiple SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate has 5+ years delivering HR/IT solutions, strong experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, and excellent collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in technology.
• 5+ years delivering HR/IT solutions and related projects.
• Hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years SaaS HR solutions (SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, PageUp).
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners to understand processes, requirements, and needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to design best solutions.
• Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations.
• Configure systems and create reports using native tools.
• Contribute to authorization models and automation requirements.
• Manage project activities for in-scope applications/modules.
• Provide day-to-day support for applications/modules (tickets, upgrades).
• Navigate SAP HCM OM/PA for Talent data and create RICEF specs.
• Review and optimize SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SaaS solutions.
