Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD technology preferred; CAD certificate required if no degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in CAD design and construction projects.
• Proficiency in major CAD software as listed.
• Knowledge of ACI, AISC, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of designers to deliver structural drawings on time and within budget, ensuring quality and accountability.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to resolve clashes in 3D models; may travel to client sites.
• Adapt to technologies across power, mining, oil & gas, and renewables including carbon capture initiatives.
