Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a senior leader to guide Enterprise Service programs within the Enterprise Care Business Intelligence organization. You will design measures, lead strategic initiatives, and partner with field leaders to align talent, culture, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, change management, program management, or transformation experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for Enterprise Service.
• Design performance management tools, objectives, and success measures for the Service population.
• Partner with business areas and field leaders to assess current and future needs related to strategy, organizational design, talent, and culture.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and risk management of Enterprise Service processes.
