• Experience within an Integration Management Office or similar governance structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale integration projects across departments, business areas, and external partners.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, and implementation plans with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor teams, drive organizational change, and ensure on-time delivery with lasting impact.
