Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with CRM and ECM.
• Proven success as a Project Manager with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in IT technologies and communicating technically with client IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy and manages programs across Canon and third-party technologies.
• Leads discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design with sales, engineering and product teams.
• Translates business needs into scalable solution recommendations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Provides technical guidance, best practices, and implementation oversight throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborates with sales, technical, and delivery teams to define scope, pricing, and implementation approaches.
