• Lead Equilibar's commercial organization to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPCs, and strategic partners.
• Provide leadership for Applications Engineering and Customer Service to ensure timely, technically sound support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to identify growth opportunities.
• Report on commercial performance, customer trends, and sales pipeline to leadership.
