Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer opportunities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on quotes and determine status of projects and timing.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, status, and next steps in the sales tracking system.
• Coordinate with Applications Engineers and Sales to support timely quote-to-order progression.
