You will coordinate cross-functional responses, develop governance frameworks, and support executive decision-making to protect guests, associates, operations and the brand.

• Bachelor's degree required; Risk Management or Business Administration focus preferred.
• 7+ years in enterprise risk management, crisis management, business continuity, governance, compliance, or related fields.
• Restaurant/Hospitality operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as intake and PMO coordination lead for significant issues, incidents, crises, and business continuity events.
• Assess severity, identify stakeholders, route matters through governance and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate cross-functional response efforts across Operations, Legal, Communications, HR, FSQA, Supply Chain, Finance, and others.
