Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Governance & PMO to oversee incident management, crisis management, and business continuity programs across the organization.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional responses with operations, legal, communications, HR, and other stakeholders to protect associates, guests, and the Panda brand. You will develop governance frameworks, response plans, and tabletop exercises while leading Risk Analysts in the PMO function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Risk Management or Business Administration focus preferred.
• 7+ years of enterprise risk management, crisis management, business continuity, governance, compliance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Acts as PMO coordination lead for incidents, crises, and business continuity events, directing cross-functional response.
• Coordinates cross-functional response efforts with operations, legal, communications, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains incident management, crisis management, and business continuity programs, including playbooks and tabletop exercises.
• Prepares executive situation reports and leadership briefings; advises on escalation thresholds.
• Leads continuous improvement of governance, resilience, and incident management programs.
• Provides project management support for enterprise risk initiatives and cross-functional projects.
