Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the PMO for international and licensed businesses and ensure alignment with PRG strategies. You will oversee cross-functional projects, manage risk, and partner with licensees and international teams to drive results.

You will recruit and coach PMO staff, drive governance, and ensure compliance with US requirements while supporting growth across company-owned stores and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 7+ years of retail/hospitality-related experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a restaurant business environment.
• Completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the creation and execution of cross-functional international and domestic licensing projects and approves project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes; keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
• Leads the PMO team, develops and coaches PMO associates to elevate performance and hires new team members.
• Aligns leaders on goals and strategies and holds team members accountable for business results.
• Builds partnerships with domestic licensing partners and international teams to support license business.
