Job summary

Pilot Fiber, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Real Estate Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end fiber build projects, from surveys to access agreements. You will coordinate engineering surveys, review scopes, and liaise with building management, contractors, and insurers.

The role requires 3-5 years in a related coordination or admin ops role, with Salesforce and Google Workspace proficiency. Hybrid work with a NYC office three days per week is offered, along with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a coordinator/ project coordination or admin ops role.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with internal/external partners.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PM for Real Estate New Build projects from survey to handoff.
• Coordinate project engineering survey scheduling and follow-through.
• Review scope of work and obtain internal approvals.
• Manage access agreement review and execution with Legal.
• Collaborate with building management, contractors, and brokers.
• Curate Access Agreement data and manage renewals.
• Coordinate COI requests with insurance broker for timely compliance.
• Support pre-installed internet service administration and site surveys.
