Eaton seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a hybrid role at its Arden, NC facility. You will serve as the technical liaison among customers, sales and factories, owning orders and driving successful project execution.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, managing BOM changes, documenting engineer-to-order projects, and providing warranty support. Travel up to 10% may be required. Relocation not offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, sales support, technical role or applicable field.
• Relocation not available; candidate must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC.

Mansioni

• Act as the technical liaison between customers, sales and factories to configure orders and resolve warranty issues.
• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Manage changes to the bill of material with plant engineering; coordinate engineering reviews.
• Coordinate and interpret engineered-to-order drawings to build customer documentation.
• Provide warranty/quality technical support and escalations as needed.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
