Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Relocation not provided; must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom product solutions in response to customer inquiries and sales leads.
• Prepare technical proposals and coordinate bid activities to support profitable growth.
• Create and maintain engineering docs: drawings, schematics, BOMs, specs, installation docs.
• Perform design feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and consider cost, manufacturability, and codes.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, operations, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet requirements.
