Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years in project management, sales, sales support, or a related technical role.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of Smyrna, GA, Orlando, FL, Arden, NC, Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC.
• Proficiency with key engineering and project tools (Bid Manager, AutoCAD, ERP, MS O365).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for assigned projects.
• Review drawings and specifications for technical accuracy.
• Manage changes to the bill of materials.
• Coordinate engineered‑to‑order drawings and project documentation.
• Provide technical support to drive warranty resolution and order closure.
• Communicate with customers, sales, and factories to configure technical orders.
