Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Sr. Field Project Engineer to lead order management with technical ownership and deliver a positive customer experience across projects. The role supports collaboration among plants, project, and sales teams to drive on-time performance and successful outcomes.

This position is hybrid and located at Smyrna, GA; Orlando, FL; Arden, NC; Raleigh, NC; or Charlotte, NC. It requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields, with travel roughly 25%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management, sales, sales support, technical role or applicable field.
• Relocation is not available; reside within 50-mile radius of Smyrna, GA, Orlando, FL, Arden, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications ensuring technical accuracy.
• Manage technical changes to the bill of material.
• Coordinate and interpret engineered‑to‑order drawings.
• Leverage centralized resources to create and manage project documentation.
• Provide technical support and follow-through to drive warranty issues to closure.
