Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sr. Field Project Engineer for a hybrid role across Smyrna, GA; Orlando, FL; Arden, NC; Raleigh, NC; and Charlotte, NC.

You will own technical aspects of orders, manage documentation, and coordinate with sales, projects, and factories to ensure on-time delivery and warranty resolution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in project management or related technical fields, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable technical field.
• Experience in project management, sales, or technical roles in a related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers for assigned projects.
• Review contract drawings and specifications for technical accuracy.
• Manage changes to the bill of materials and engineered-to-order drawings.
• Coordinate documentation and provide technical support to drive warranty resolutions.
• Collaborate across project teams, sales, and manufacturing facilities to manage orders end-to-end.
