• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management partnering with clinicians.
• Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives.
• Offer expert consultation and establish structure and process for project teams.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets; maximize team efficiency.
• Act as a change agent to move initiatives through design, implementation and spread phases.
