Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW across AWACS modernization and legacy system revitalization. This full-time hybrid role is based at Tinker AFB, OK with ~20% travel to Hanscom AFB and Seattle.

You will lead cost, schedule, and performance objectives, guide acquisition documents, and coordinate with IPT leads to ensure compliant, timely program execution in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to the sensitive customer environment.
• Top Secret clearance is required.
• High School Diploma plus 16 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in the field preferred, or 15+ years with relevant certifications.
• Experience with DoD program management lifecycle and acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance objectives for DoD acquisition programs.
• Provide guidance to leadership and IPTs to ensure successful program execution per DoD directives.
• Produce weekly program execution charts and manage acquisition reports and briefings.
• Prepare and tailor acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, RMP, PMRs) and RFP products.
• Ensure timely LCMP updates and risk/contract/funding reporting across programs.
