DCS Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide top-tier acquisition and program management support to the AFLCMC/HBS/WIW for the AWACS division. The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance management across complex DoD programs, aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring timely reporting.

Based in a hybrid role at Tinker AFB, OK, the candidate will guide the preparation of key documents and acquisition milestones, coordinating with IPT leads and external stakeholders to

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of DoD experience, or 15 years with certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance objectives for DoD acquisition programs.
• Provide program-level guidance to section leadership and 10 IPT leads.
• Prepare and tailor acquisition documents (ADM, LCSP, ASP, APB, risk plans, PMRs).
• Develop RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs and other RFP products.
• Prepare, review, and develop acquisition reports and milestone briefs.
• Ensure timely LCMP updates and synchronization with risk, schedule, and milestones.
