Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas.
• 5 years of Managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians.
• Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Operations area of the Office of the Providence CMO.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple project teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a change agent, applying structure and process to move projects through design, implementation and spread.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to realize quantitative benefits and improve performance.
