Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Research Center or Program, coordinating leadership and resources to achieve strategic objectives. You will interact with national and international collaborators, sponsors, and agencies while guiding budgets and process improvements.

This hybrid role requires building strong cross‑disciplinary relationships and ensuring alignment with Mayo Clinic’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, healthcare or science with 2+ years research experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a changing environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Research Center or Program as the base for a research program(s) with national/international participation
• Lead and manage program operations, budgets and strategic plans
• Coordinate resources and workloads with leadership to achieve objectives
• Interact with sponsors and external agencies (FDA, NIH, OHRP) and manage communications
