Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field required with 5 years healthcare experience; an Associate's degree with 7 years experience may be considered.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to develop strong working relationships are priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and manage multiple priorities and projects; experience with contracts/regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage institutional expectations, patient interactions, customer relations and business agreements.
• Review, analyze and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements for the program.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor patient and customer experience and outcomes.
• Explain scope of services to patients, clients, vendors and partners; support marketing plans and materials.
• Collaborate with Finance to set fees and respond to billing and insurance questions; lead meetings.
