Mayo Clinic in Phoenix is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a research center or program, providing leadership and strategic direction across multiple groups. You will coordinate resources, budgets and processes to achieve objectives while working with external sponsors and agencies.

The role requires a management/clinical research background, strong leadership and collaboration skills, and experience with grant renewals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, health care or science related field with 2+ years in clinical research.
• Master’s degree preferred; broad-based management or project management experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of clinical research, data management and related computer systems.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Research Center or Program as the administrative base for multiple research programs.
• Provide leadership, management and direction to meet objectives and strategies.
• Coordinate resources and workloads with leadership and ensure program budgets and processes.
• Manage partnerships with national/international consortia and sponsors; interact with regulators.
• Lead grant renewals, progress reports and ensure compliance with internal/external requirements.
