The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervisory roles, strong leadership, and experience with MES systems, lean methods, and data analysis. You will mentor staff, enforce safety, manage inventories, and report to management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple production lines.
• Supervise, train and mentor production staff.
