Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality-focused mindset.
• Profi ciency with GMP, SOPs, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to schedules, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including batch production, equipment operation, and process monitoring.
• Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering continuous improvement and safety.
• Maintain accurate production records, manage raw material inventory, and ensure equipment maintenance.
