Job summary

Metz Strategic Solutions seeks Production Supervisors for manufacturing roles in the Hanover, East Berlin, New Oxford and Gettysburg PA areas. You will manage 20-30 production floor associates, drive key metrics, and coach staff to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, and ideally Lean experience. Pay ranges from 55k to 75k DOE with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as supervisor or team leader (can be reduced with a degree).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lean experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead safety and 5S practices.
• Background in floor manufacturing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive metrics for quality, productivity, safety, delivery, and people on 20-30 associates.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback.
• Learn production lines and coach to meet targets.
• Pursue continuous improvements and identify opportunities.
• Lead safety standards and 5S/workplace organization.
• Track metrics and report daily.
• Provide mechanical support as needed.
